You have helped us take our business to the next level with your
Level Breaker Coaching program by helping us design and implement Best

really made a difference. I can honestly say that as a result of your
system I not only had my best year in production, I worked fewer hours
and finally was able to leave my business psychologically due to the
systems and processes we put in place. Thanks I am writing this letter to let you know of my progress with my insurance practice since we started our coaching relationship. You caused me to look at areas of myself and my selling style that I had not addressed previously. This, in turn, caused me to compare my personal style of selling to the buying habits of my prospective clients. This, to me, was one very big key to success. In my industry writing 100 policies per year is how you build a successful practice. In my previous year I wrote 101 policies. From January through August I have already submitted 100 policies to my company for underwriting. (That number does not include any brokerage business done through outside companies.) This added activity has boosted my business to the point where I am mow in the process of hiring an assistant who will work 20 hours per week. My premium per case has risen approximately 50% and seems to be considerably on the upswing. After analyzing these results, I want to say thank you. Thank you for pointing out my strong points, as well as my weak points and giving me the tools necessary to make changes, positive changes, which have affected not only my business, but also my personal life. I would like to report so of the changes that I have made since the
beginning of the Level Breaker Program. In the area of organization I
have completely redesigned my workspace, purchased an additional
computer and contact management software, and refocused my marketing
effort (401K). I have set long term goals for the first time and
analyzed the motivation behind achieving these goals. In the area of
self improvement I have been listening to tapes for the first time and
have started a speed reading and negotiation program. I continue to
review Paul’s outstanding tapes which were included in the program and
continue to get new ideas.
Your "Hope is not a Strategy" presentation at my annual kickoff
meeting was fantastic. You hit a home run with virtually all of the 70
Agents who attended. My most successful District Manager commented that
your materials on Goal Achievement were the most complete he had ever
seen. The entire Agency is still talking about the personal assessments

I wanted to make a few comments on the Level Breaker Program. First,
I have set realistic goals for production, including new accounts and
assets. I have developed a Personal and Business Mission statement,
which is providing me with a framework in which to operate. It has
helped me become aware of certain shortfalls and I now have a plan to
correct them. It forced me to do certain things such as prospecting,
that are painful but necessary to succeed. It has helped me prioritize
my time so that I can achieve those things that are most important.

The Level Breaker Program has created an environment and opportunity
to improve my self awareness in analyzing my business and personal
agenda in a positive way, with expert guidance. Items as obvious as time
management have been dissected. It has enabled me to set daily, weekly,
